Mid-week rates start at $75.00; weekends at $90.00 based on 1 or 2 guests, additional guests in room $20.
Discounted beach passes and towels in season.
Smoking not permitted on premises.
Pet Friendly: Please contact us first about type and size of pet.
A deposit of 1 night's stay is requested within seven days of booking. Refunds will be made only if cancellation is received one week prior to stay.
Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Personal Checks accepted.

Reservations: After you submit your reservation request, we will contact you to confirm your room choice and dates. At that time we will also obtain the information needed to hold your room until you arrive. Reservations will be held with a Mastercard, VISA, American Express card. A 50% deposit is required with cash or checks.
Cancellation Policy: If changes or cancellation are made less than one week prior to arrival date, you will be charged for half of your total stay. If you find it necessary to cancel day of arrival or do not show, you will be charged for the entire stay.
